“FREEZING THE OBJECT OF DESIRE” Borbonese launches the new Fall-Winter 2010 collection with a campaign focused on a modern, strong design aesthetic which emphasizes the luxury of the brand. The images are shot in colour with a black and white effect, where the chromatism is nullified and nuances of grey are generated by the OP print, this season presented in pewter shades. Borbonese collaborated with two experts to create the magic of these images. Frederik Lieberath, one of the world's leading still life photographers who has worked with some of the most important fashion magazines and is a true master of lighting, turning every single thing in front of his camera in a sumptuous object of desire. Mauro “Fix” Miroglio, internationally renowned genius of commercial and cinematic special effects, who uses techniques that he conceives and creates appositely for every set. For these photos he created the ice cubes built for Borbonese with a special mix of gels and plexiglass molds, for an extremely realistic performance. The Borbonese bags, elegant, contemporary and luxury become icons framed into ice boxes to immortalize the moment where the bag becomes the object of desire. |
