Shipping policy
Shipping cost can be viewed on the checkout page, after adding your products to your cart.
Orders are processed by our logistics in 1-2 working days from the date of their receipt on the system.
EUROPE
Delivery normally takes place within 3-5 working days starting from when the order is handed over to the courier, excluding remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.
NO - EUROPE
Delivery normally takes place within 2-4 working days from when the order is handed over the courier, excluding remote areas where delivery may take an extra day.
Shipping may take longer during holiday season.
We kindly remind you that shippings and deliveries are not made during weekends and national holidays.
We suggest you to choose a destination address where there is someone available to collect. If you prefer to receive your order at the office or at a reception, we kindly ask you to indicate the name of the contact person in charge of receiving it.
If you are not present at the time of the delivery, the courier will leave a notification card with the instructions to collect the goods or will try to make 2 new delivery attempts the next working days.
We advise you to keep monitored the shipping status with the tracking number that you will receive by email when the parcel get shipped. In this way you will be able to check the order status at any time!
We remind you that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
At the moment of receiving goods, we always advise you to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document.
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal straps).
What do I do if my parcel is damaged or if there are missing items in it?
We care that you receive an intact package with all items purchased. In the event that this does not happen, we ask you to help us by sending photos of the damaged package to our Customer Care within 7 days from the actual delivery.
In case of missing articles, please always contact our Customer Care briefly specifying exactly which articles are concerned.
What do I do if I haven’t received the package?
Our couriers do their best to make sure you receive your order in time and more importantly, intact. Despite the attention, however, we cannot exclude the possibility of exceptions. If the tracking number shows a problem with the delivery of your parcel related to the shipping address, you can contact the courier directly to receive further information.
In case the courier needs our assistance (as sender) please contact our Customer Care within 14 days from the shipment of the package.
EXTRA EU COUNTRIES
Custom Duties
Shipments to all non-EU countries are made using the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula, whereby customs duties and local taxes will be paid by Borbonese and nothing will be due from the Customer other than the final amount of the order.
FIND MY ORDER
After your order has been processed by our warehouse you can track the shipment through the Find My Order page. If you have an account on the site, you can also track your order through your ORDER area, select your order and you will find the specific item.
